Obviously, I was a lot younger in 1973 when I decided I really, really wanted to open a Picture Framing shop, which definitely had to be “old school” Custom frame/design and also what was “new school” at the time, DIY framing. As excited and confident as I was, I never could have imagined that some day we’d enter a new Millennium, in the same place, with many of our original framing staff, and all of the original excitement. But it’s definitely our customers that keep us going! Just when we think “we’ve seen it all”, a very imaginative person walks in with a project that fires us up to make her dream a reality, which then will hang on a wall! You dream it; we do it! (Unless you choose to DIY, and then you’ll really own it…and save some money, too.) We love helping Parent/Child teams working together…gluing more than a picture frame. The last 40-plus years have brought countless new products and technology to allow us to be as creative as possible, and still follow best practice standards to guarantee all finished projects will stand the test of time. We worry about the technicalities, so you don’t have to! There’s no way to even count the friends we’ve made since 1973, and we thank them all for trusting us with their treasures. They inspire us, send us their grandchildren, and share stories that make us laugh, or even cry. We always have tissues.
